The Quebec province regulate its own Immigration programs with certain aspects that are diverse and more foreseeable from federal and other PNP’s.
All Alien nationals wishing to apt Quebec as home must go through two step immigration process.
Quebec immigration Authorities( MIDI ) must choose the candidate and select. If the criteria prescribed by Quebec’s immigration authorities are met, the person will qualify for the program regardless of their occupation or field of expertise.
Then He/she will receive a Quebec selection certificate ( CSQ ).
The selected or certified CSQ holder must file an application with ICCRC ( federal Immigration Authorities ) and they will process the application of Permanent Resident application up on successful verification of Health & Criminality.
